Dashboard Lights - Tracie L. Valenta

Growing up in a Cleveland Suburb, I had opportunities to express my talent in several different venues.

Performing has been an integral part of my life since a very young age. Dance lessons began at age three and has helped with performing and choreographing many different shows. When I was eight, I began performing on stage at several community theatres in the area. Over the years I have been involved in all aspects of stage productions on and off stage, such as: acting, singing, dancing, as well as working on lights and backstage.

For several years, I was a member of a troupe of actors doing Murder Mysteries not only in the Cleveland area, but also in neighboring states. For several years, I performed with my father, as well as independently, as a professional magician all over the U.S. Musically, I have performed in several states including: California, Las Vegas, Ohio, Pittsburgh, Florida, and others.

Currently, I am not only involved with Dashboard Lights, but am also involved in a ’70’s & ’80’s Rock Band called Sum Assembly Required (SAR). I feel very fortunate to perform with two extremely talented groups of people such as those involved in Dashboard Lights and SAR.
